AGED IN STEEL AND IN THE BOTTLE. STRAW-YELLOW COLOUR, FINE-GRAINED AND INTENSE PERLAGE WITH FRUITY AND FLORAL AROMAS AWASH WITH MINERAL UNDERTONES. ACIDIC, FULL-FLAVOURED AND BALANCED ON THE PALATE. PAIRING: FISH, SHELLFISH, FRESH CHEESES AND WHITE MEATS.
