AGED IN STEEL AND IN THE BOTTLE. STRAW-YELLOW COLOUR, WITH FRUITY AND FLORAL AROMAS. WELL-STRUCTURED AND BALANCED ON THE PALATE. PAIRING: FISH, SHELLFISH AND WHITE MEATS, APERITIFS AND FISH-BASED ANTIPASTI.
