VINIFIED AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE OF 28-30 ° C. MACERATION FOR AROUND 20 DAYS, WITH FREQUENT PIGEAGE. AGED IN STEEL AND IN THE BOTTLE.
INTENSE RUBY RED COLOUR.
COMPLEX AROMA WITH HINTS OF RIPE BLACK CHERRY AND SMALL BLACK BERRIES. OVERTONES OF IRIS, ROSE AND VIOLET. GRASSY NOTE AT THE FINISH.
WARM, TANNIC AND WELL-STRUCTURED PALATE. LONG, FULL-FLAVOURED FINISH.
PAIRING: LAMB, SEASONED CHEESES, GAME.
